WBTHDRAWAL. MERELY MATTER OF STRATEGY.
(Received 9.25 a.m.) Paris, August 26. Count Zeppelin commands an airship. The War Office states that tly* abandonment of territory in Alsace was necessary, and that the withdrawal does not indicate defeat but a strategical movement.
