POLES TO SUPPORT THE ENG-

Timbs and Sydney Sun Services. (Received 8.0 a.m.) St. Petersburg,, August 24. The Polos in the Russian Empire have declared themselves partisans in the Entente. The idea of fighting against tbe Germans with tho French and English excited tho greatest enthusiasm. There are forty thousand Polos in tho Russian army.
THE SIEGE OF KONIGSBERG.
[United Press Association.) St. Petersburg, August 25. Russian commanders consider that the investment of Konigsberg, though a serious undertaking, will not delay the main body of Russians advancing in fehe consciousness that they possess inexhaustible numbers.
