M. Radolovoff, in the Sobranje, said Bulgaria and Roumania had settled all their misunderstandings. Their relations with Turkey were amicable, and a commercial treaty was to be ratified. Relations with Greece had been definitely re-established. M.
Suoshoff promised to support tlio Government if it did not depart from strict neutrality.
