AEROPLANE RIDDLED WITH
BULLETS.
Paris, August 20
Pegoud, the well-known aviator, onginator of “looping-the-loop,” has returned to Paris. He flew for three hundred kilometres over Germany aud
blew up two convoys with bombs. His aeroplane was riddled with ninetyseven bullets. .
BRITISH AEROPLANES KILLED.
Paris, August 21. A British military aeroplane fell, and the pilot, Geard, was killed.
