LONDON TALLOW SALES

Quotations: Mutton fine 36s 3d. medium 30s (id. beef line 33s 3d, medium 30s. T. LAMASON'S WEEKLY REPORT. Last Saturday I held my usual weekly sale with a very good gathering of the public. Poultry in fair demand, vegetables very scarce. I quote as follows:—Hens (old) Is 6d to 2s, young Is Gd to 3s, roosters Is 6d to ss, cockerels Is to 2s, ducks Is 9d to 3s, geese 3s Gd to 4s 6d, turkey 5s to 7s Gd, potatoes 3s 9d to Us, pumpkins 6s to Gs Gd per sack, cabbage per doz 3s to Is Gd, cabbage 2s Gd to 3s, parsnips 2s and carrots 2s per'bag, furniture and sundries at usual auctio i rates.
