The Press Bureau says desultory fighting occurred on Tuesday between the British patrolling squadron and flotillas of German reconnoitring cruisers. There were no losses. I The captain of a Dutch steamer which reached Amsterdam reports that he saw off Drondhjeim (Norway) a German dreadnought with her funnels smashed and sides riddled, there being great holes as the result of shell fire. ■
