BOUND OVER TO KEEP THE PEACE. [Pee Presb Association.] Invercargill, August 19. Werner Tobin, a German, was charged with carrying loaded firearms. A witness stated that the people in the district were afraid of accused. Tobin declared he only kept the rifle for sport, hut refused to state where it was. Accused was bound over to keep the peace for six months, himself in £IOO and two sureties of £SO each.
