JAPANESE ACTION IN THE CHINA SEA. [United Press Association.] London, August 17. The Press Bureau says the British and Japanese Governments had been in communication, and decided that each must take action to protect their general interests, especially the independence and integrity of China. Japan’s action is not to extend beyond the China Sea or to any territory exleapt German on the Continent of Eastern Asia.
