The American press, which is evading the censor by courier, states that Garibaldi's son has issued a manifesto to the youth of Italy declaring that should Italy make war with Austria then the working men and women will spread revolution rather than ilet their sons’ savings and their [homes be sacrificed on behalf of an ally whom they detest.
