LINER WITH RESERVISTS HAS NARROW ESCAPE. ESCAPES IN FOG FROM GERMAN CRUISERS. Paris, August 16. Tile liner Lorraine lias arrived at La Havre with 'l5O reservists. She was chased off the American coast by the cruiser Dresden. She intercepted messages between the cruisers Strasbui'g and Carlsruh, which were awaiting for her, but she escaped in a fog.
