The Taranaki Men.

1 MORE FOR PALMERSTON. Another batch of men from tho Xlth Regiment left by the mail train this morninig for Palmerston. They were from Main Trunk stations between Ohakune and Tanmarunui. There was a good crowd on the station and hearty cheers were given las the train drew out. The Wellington Methodist hoys’ hand, who were also on the train, enlivened proceedings with some patriotic airs.
