CANADIAN BRIDGE ACCIDENT. Ottawa, August 10. A train near the Canadian mobilisation camp at Valcartier, Quebec, fell through a bridge. Three were killed. It is believed that the support of tho bridge had been undermined. BANKS WILL FIMANCE THE ENTIRE WHEAT CROP. (Received ■ 8.25 . a.m.) Ottawa, August 10. The banks are financing the entire wheat crop in the north west. THE DOMINION'S GREAT GIFT. (Received 8.35 a.m.) London, August 10. Canada's first wheat instalment will be sent in a few days. The Hon. L. Harcourt said: "We accepted with deep gratitude a gift which will help in steadying prices, and will relievo distress. We do not forget its promptitude and generosity."
