THE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE. DATE OF SAILING. [Pitt PWBSI* ABBOOIATION.] Wellington, August 11. Mr Massey, in a statement this morning, said that in consequence of rumors that the first section of the expeditionary ' force would leave today he wanted to say 'definitely that they will not leave to-day.
