The Otago Labor Council has decided, subject to a satisfactory arrange, merit being made regarding the control of the coming election and to lire approval of the unions affiliate 1, to favorably consider the matter of .Irecoming a district council under the Federation of Labor committee set up to report l on the new constitution or the Federation- and confer with the Social Democratic party re the elections.
