“THE U.S.A. OWES A DUTY TO MANKIND.” Washington, August 6. The President stated to the New York journalists that he is doing everything possible to obtain a ship to export foodstuffs to European countries. The United States owed it to mankind to help the rest of the world during the present crisis.
