Qy Electric Telegraph—Copyright' [United Press Association.] Sydney, July 30. The Railway Commissioners’ report for the past year shows that earnings increased by £‘993,256. Working expenses increased by £764,939. The net earnings, after paying interest on capital, showed a surplus of £22,463. Tramway earnings increased by £82,755, and the net earnings after paying interest showed a surplus of £34,136.
