XPIB pRKCI ABBOOIAJION.I % Wellington, July 30. In the patent case, Hidcl Milking Machine Company v. Simplex Milking Machine Company, the Court of Appeal held that there had been no infringement of the plaintiff’s patent by defendant’s releaser. Costs were .allowed defendant in the Court below on the lowest scale, and in the Court of Appeal each party to pay its own costs.
