a vulcanising shop in Stafford street wrecked tiro shop and blew a piece of iron right through the roof. 'i he
proprietor was absent for a whue, ana left a neighbor, u bootmaker named Shelkor, in charge. Shelkci; made up the lire and closed the steam outlet lap. lie was found lying helpless on the floor, and was taken to the hospital. His injuries are not yet.known. The shock broke a plate-glass window across the street.
