AUCKLAND EXHIBITION.
Auckland, July 28. His Honor, Mr Justice Hosking gave judgment this morning in the action brought by the Exhibition. Amusements Co. against Hugh Ross Mackenzie and others in connection with 1 the alleged failure of defendants to fulfil the terms of a contract to run a buck-jumping sliow as an attraction in Exhibiton Wonderland. Damages were assessed at £IOB 2s.
