[United Press Association.] (Received 1.10 p.m.) Berlin, July 27. The demonstrations were renewed on the Unterdcr Linden, the procession passing the British Embassy with cries of “Hodi, England!” The runs on some of the savings banks quickly subsided. One of the great banks declined to pay gold and suggested to the customers to change the”notos atßeich’s Bank. The Kaiser was tumultuously welcomed, at Kiel and proceeded to Berlin . , , . The high seas fleet was stopped m the North Sea for exorcises, and then returned to Kiel and Wilhelmshaven. Telegrams from Vienna state that the Servians had blown up a bridge over the Danube ami opened fire near Terniskubin. Vienna, July 27.
A semi-official communique states that the Servian reply is intended to create a false impression. W hile apparently complying with the demands, it contains far-reaching reservations, making the concessions insignificant.
