USES FOR THE DOCK. [United Press (Association.] (Received 9.35 a.ru.) Berlin, July 27. •The Yulkat Company state that they intend the Dutch harbor for stocking iron ore, coal, and other commercial uses, with a view to avoiding agents’ and, transit expenses. They have a similar dock at Kaet.
