WOMEN'S RALLYING CRY.
DEMAND FOR THE SUFFRAGE (By Elbotbio Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] London, July 24. Beatrice Harradan, the novelist, in a letter to the press, says: "The King's intervention on Home Rule crtmes as a rallying cry for women. A few weeks ago we heard he had no power Of intervention. Now his Majesty has not only called a conference but one of the mc-mb-'s safifiiiiibed was Captain Craig, who was responsible for gun-running. Can you wonder at the unrest among women and their inonsing anger at the justice meted out to their cause. For women rebels there have been no conferences with the King but vindictive sentences and ruthless re-arrests. For men rebels Buckingham Palace is opened wide. Nevertheless, women are oi good cheer and their unrest is spreading.
