AMUSEMENTS.

BERNARD'S PSCTURES.

The new programme of pictures last night will be repeated for the last time this evening. The star feature, “Honesty,” is one of Pathe’s most beautiful and artistic colored dramas. It is taken amidst the beautiful country' scenes of France, and the busy streets of Paris. “The Auckland Faster Races” depicts Ellerslie course at its best, showing thousands of sporting people and a clearly-run race for the Cup. The other pictures are good, both in the dramatic and comic element. Tomorrow (Friday) Kalem will present the stor yof a modern Jekyll and Hyde, or the man leading two lives, being a respected citizen by day and a scoundrel by night.
