The report of the Commercial Bank of Australia shows net profits amounting to £64,534, which has to be added to £7691) brought forward. The dividend on preference shares was increased to four per cent., and £9876 was carried forward. PEDIGREE JERSEY SALE. The Farmers' Co-op. Organisation Society of New Zealand, Ltd., held two. important sales of pedigree Jersey stock at Manaia on Saturday afternoon. Mr R. J- Linn, of Normanby, who is aiming at building up one of the finest pedigree Jersey herds in the Dominion (states the Hawera Star 1 ), was the buyer of the highest-priced cow.
