SPECTACLE AT SPITHEAD. THE KING AND THE FLEET. 'Br Electric Telegraph—Copyright} [United Press Association.] (Received 9.5 a.m.) London, July 20. There was a superb spectacle at Spithead. The King ,aboard the Royal yacht, led the Fleet to sea. The yacht then anchored and two hundred warships steamed past in line and abreast for two hours. They afterwards put to sea foi manoeuvres. Seaplanes flew past in Paris.
