After referring to the flooding of Hawaii with .Japanese, and Fiji witli Hindus, and the danger arising therefrom, the Telegraph says: "It might yet turn out that while the Japs overwhelmed Hawaii, the Chinese had greatly gained predominance in other groups, and a new and formidable Asiatic force had suddenly risen up in the Pacific."
