CONSECRATING THE COLORS. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] Rotorua, July 20. The first ceremony of its kind in tho Dominion was performed here yes terday, when the Boy Scouts’ colours were consecrated. The colours wore the gifts of two citizens.
