WELLINGTON RACES. [Pan Pbebs Association. I Trcntham, July 18. Rain early in the morning made the going heavy for the second clay of the Wellington Winter Meeting. Racing was started in dnll weather. There was a good attendance. Results: — Corunna Hurdles, of 120sovs., one mile and three-quarters.—Merry Guj 1, Cheddar-2, Moreeambe 3. Scratched: Ruatangata and Glenorchy. Won by a length, a length and a half between second and third. Time, 3min 30sec. There was a shower of rain at the end of the race. Onslow Handicap, of 200sovs., six furlongs.—-Black Lupin 1, Crown Peai] 2, Kew 3. Scratched: The Great Mogul. Won by half a length, a length between second and third. Time, 1 hi in 22 3-ssec.
