The beef slaughtermen have notified the masters that after Monday they intend killing only ten bullocks per day per man, or at the rate of 1} per hour. The award, while fixing wages, does not state the quantity of work to be performed. Grave_ trouble it anticipated, and it is unlikely that tk» masters will agree.
