EXPLOSION AT A CHAPEL. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright! [United Press Association.] (Received 8.35 a.m.) London, July 14. Suffragettes exploded a canister of gunpowder on a windowsill at Rosslyn Chapel. Tho damage was not serious.
