BERNARD'S PICTURES. The new programme to be presented at Bernard's Theatre this evening is a rare collection. The star drama "Brothers at War," is a stirring story of strife between the North and South, during the civil war of America. It is a tale of love and battle grim. "The Half-breed's Crime," is a powerful American Indian drama, whilst Keystone heads the list of comics in "He would a-Hunting Go." ( The Flying Five's delightful child study is a picture that will appeal to everyone. King Baby holds court in the crowded tenement—crowded by a ram, sundry chickens, rabbits and other domestic animals, all squeezed in a big pen, His Majesty is barely 16 months old. The secret of the sealed tin reveals a beautiful Persian kitten. Baby also has as playmates, a kinkajou, leopard, and other animals and a basket full of guinea pigs, the youngest of which very much upsets his Majesty by crawling on his neck. An impromptu attempt to ride on the back of the ram ends in disaster and baby lays prostrate under his intended "mount." This is one of the most delightful of child studios. "His Majesty" sits ambng his dumb subjects and plays with and rules them as a king. Since the moment of his first appearance on a picture screen ho has enthroned himself a reigning monarch in the hearts of all spectators. His Majesty's humor is delicious. His presentment touches that one chord in Nature that "makes the whole world kin." Ton do not laugh at His Majesty—you laugli with him, the while you wonder. The film is absolutely unique.
