THE STORSTAD’S CAPTAIN.
ANNOYED WITH THE DECISION.

Captain Anderson, of the Storstad, expressed the opinion that Lord Mersey was a fool for holding him rerspousible for the collision. Any reputation Lord Mersey had he 1 was sure to lose through such a decision. Lord Mersey really favored the Can-adian-Pacific Company throughout. Captain Anderson announced his intention of starting a suit against the Canadian-Pacific Co. on behalf of the Storstad’s owners. He also would begin a suit in the British Admiralty Courts. 1 Captain Anderson has promised much litigatioin before things are settled between him and the Canadian Pacific -Co. . As the result of the judgment, Captain Kendall remains in the employ of the Canadian-Pacific Co.
