GERMAN STRIKING FORCE.
THREE SQUADRONS IN FULL COMMISSION. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 8.25 a.m.) Berlin, July 10. Official newspapers indicate a great accession to Germany's striking force by the unexpected acceleration of the Third Squadron, which will he ready in a few weeks. Then she will have three squadrons in full commission at Wilhelmshaven and Kiel.
