THE FINANCE BILL. [By Eliotrio Telegraph—Copyright] XUnitsd Presi Association.] (Received 1.65 p.m.) London, July 7. In the House of Commons, Mr Ascjuith proposed a resolution allocating the time for the Finance Bill. Mr Bonar Law moved a dissenting amendment, which was defeated by 269 to 246.
