The revolt of a large number of Federal troops .stationed in front Of the American outposts is reported. Fear is expressed that Huerta has sent a punitive expedition against the mutineers, and in order to prevent a clash Carranza's agent has crossed the line in the hope of avoiding any action within range of the American lines.
