AUSTRIAN EMPEROR APPEALS TO HIS PEOPLE. [By Eleotrio Telegraph:—Copyright*; Times and Sydney Sun Services. Vienna, July 7. The Emperor, in a letter to his people, reminds them that they have shared his sorrows and joys for sixty-five' years, and he puts his trust in their deep love for him. He declares that the fanaticism of a small band of mis-' guided men cannot shake his house. "This fresh and painful trial which God's unfathomable decree has imposed on me and mine will strengthen me in any resolve to follow in the way I know to be right."
