PRESS OPINION.

“Pesterlloyd,” in a communique, says: “Austria-Hungary does not desire war, but is justified in expecting Servia to fulfil her duties as honorable neighbors. The tone which the semi-official journal ‘Samonprava’ adopts in discussing the relations is proof that the Servian Government is unacquainted with the elementary principles of constitutional courtesy.”

“Pesterlloyd” advises care in fulfilling obligations in connection with the Archduke Ferdinand’s murder, which undoubtedly was piomoted in Belgrade.

ALL CONSPIRATORS ARRESTED. (Received 9.30 a.m.) Vienna, July 5. It has been ascertained that all the men implicated in the conspiracy against the Archduke have been arrested.
