Palmerston North, in our issue to-day, publish particulars of a very important sub-divisional land sale, the Maractai Block of 30,000 acres of good ploughable land, well adapted for dairying, fattening or cropping, to be sold by auction at Hamilton, Waikato, on July 30th, at noon. The pro. perty is divided into sixty farms, ranging in area from HO to 850 acres.
