The police stopped two Ulster volunteers in Belfast carrying rifles and wearing full uniforms, and took their names and addresses. Hitherto, no attempt has been made to carry anna openly in the streets. Mr Mac Clue, an American publisher, studying the Ulster question, declares that unless Ulster is excluded there will be the worst civil war in history.
