The Government Meteorologist (Rev D. 0. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: The indications are for south-east-erly moderate to strong winds prevailing. Weather probably cool and changeable at times with much mist and fog in parts. The night will probably he very cold. Barometer little movement.
