EDINBURGH DOCTOR’S VIEW.
(By Electric Telioraph—Copyricht'l Times and Sydney Sun Services. London, June 29., At a dinner under the auspices of the National Medical Union, consisting of non-panel doctors, Dr. Portere, Edinburgh, declared that no act had done so much to kill individuality among doctors as national insurance.
