U.S. PRESIDENT AND PANAMA. (Bx Electric Telegraph—Copyright ; [United Press Association.] (Received 11.40 a.m.) London, June 29. Sir Edward Grey (Foreign Secretary) in the House of Commons, said that since President Wilson came into office no correspondence had passed between England and America. It ought, therefore, to be recognised that President Wilson took his own action regarding Panama, with a view to influencing good relations with all countries.
