Lord Brassey declared that lie was not arrested, but was treated courteously, being detained for a few minutes, as the mutual explanations were unintelligible. He afterwards dined'with the Kaiser. ' AMICABLY SETTLED. London, June 28. The German press was informed that the Brassey incident was settled personally between the Kaisei and Lord Brassey.
