WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist (Re? D. 0. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but northerly moderate to strong prevailing and freshening. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy and milder weather, but; probably thick and foggy at times. The barometer has a falling tendency.
