The Auckland Rugby Union suspended for 12 months A. Tresize, a City Club player, on a charge that he kicked McDonald, of the Marist Bros, team, in a match played on Saturday week.—P.A.
The following team will represent Strathmore against Kohuratahi at Whangamomoua on Saturday :—Forwards : West, Franks, Mitchell, Walsh, McAloon, Flynn, Ferguson, Hodgson, Thurston; backs: Meredith, Summerhays, Finnerty, Brown, Stewart, Coulton. Emergencies: Taylor, Catton, Curry, Franks. All players are requested to be at To Wera in time to catch the 10.55 a.m. train.
