Quintor, President of the National Aerial League, states that a trial of a new automatically stable hydroplane proved a complete success. The pilot raised his arms and a passenger walked on the wings while travelling at sixty miles on hour. EIGHTEEN HOURS ON THE WING. Berlin, June 24. Basser made a continuous flight in an aeroplane of eighteen hours at Johannisthal, which is a record.
