[Bt Electric Telegraph—Ccitrighv] [United Press Association.] (Received 10.20 a.m.) Brisbane, June 20. The' Marine Board held an inquiry into the grounding of the Waipori on the Hannibal reef on May 23. The Board found that no blame was attachable to the master, taking into account his excellent record as a pilot. It was thought that a caution would meet the case, and the pilot was duly cautioned. The damage is confined to the forepeak‘and one hold, which will necessitate the'vessel’s docking upon arrival at Sydney. (Received 9.15 a.m.) Brussels, June 19. In a fire at Yillemari Have colliery at Liege, 200 miners escaped, and 200 were entombed. (Received 11.55 a.m.) New York, June 19. It is reported that two hundred were killed in the Fernie coal mine by an explosion of coal gas. Relief trains have been despatched, but it is not known how many, were working when the explosion occurred.
