HOCKEY.
The All-England Women's Hockey Association despatched the team that is to tour Australia on May 18, by the Blue Funnel liner Aeneas. The visiting team will take part in the inter-State tournament at Sydney (July lV; to July 25), and will then leave for New Zealand. The playlers who have been ehosety to make the trip are:—Miss B. Wetherall (Nprthants), goal; Misses Kt Tuke (Middlesex) and C. Smith (Cheshire and Sale), backs; Misses C. G. Gatey (Middlesex), M. I. Leacroft (Somerset), and M. Morgan (Norfolk), halfhacks; Misses V. Elwoir (Northants), B. Take (Chiswick), M. Eames (Leicester), M, Robinson (Kent)* E. Lamhley (Leicester), M.. Robinson (Kent), E, Lambley (Croydon), and C. J. Gibson (captain) (Cambridgeshire), forwards.
