There is official information that Villa and Carranza have settled their differences, and Villa is proceeding against Zecatecas. The Huertan delegation to the Peace Conference has issued a statement charging the United States with insistence on a 'Constitutionalist as the next Mexican President, instead of a neutral candidate, and say that this is tantamount to aiding and abetting fraud and violence in the presidential elections.
