WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government- Meteorologist (Bev D. O. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but south-easterly moderate to strong prevailing soon. Weather probably cool and changeable, but there is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather following. The barometer has a rising tendency.
